Q: Where are you located?

A:

We’re just five miles east of Sequim, 80 miles northwest of Seattle, near Port Angeles. Visit our Getting Here page for detailed information.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A:

Monday through Wednesday,  7am – 3am. Thursday through Sunday we’re open 24hrs.

Q: Does 7 Cedars Casino offer valet parking?

A:

For sanitary reasons, we currently do not offer valet service at this time.

Q: Do you have wheelchairs available for your guests?

A:

Yes, wheelchairs are available through our security personnel.

Q: Are children allowed on property?

A:

Children are welcome in the Casino’s main lobby, the gift shop, Napoli’s Stone-Fired Cuisine, and The House of Seven Brothers.

Q: Do you have parking for RVs?

A:

We do! We have Free RV parking without hook-ups and a limited number of paid parking spots with power and water. Please check in with the main cashier cage for your RV parking validation tag. Details on our RV lot can be found here.

Q: How is my information being used/what is your privacy statement?

Q: Are gift cards available?

A:

Yes, gift cards are available in any denomination. They may be redeemed here at the casino for show tickets, shopping, dining and tournament entries. They are also good at The Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course or at Longhouse Market & Deli – you can even use them to purchase gas at Longhouse! Gift cards can be purchased in person at the Totem Rewards Counter in the Casino Lobby.

Q: Is smoking allowed at 7 Cedars Casino?

A:

Yes. We have both smoking and non-smoking gaming areas. Those looking for an entirely smoke-free experience can enter the main casino lobby, dine, game, and take in entertainment all smoke-free.

Q: Are wheelchair seats available?

A:

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A:

No.

Q: What is your animal policy in the Casino?

A:

Guests are reminded that leaving an unattended animal in a vehicle or tied up on property is strictly prohibited.

*SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY: As defined by Title II & Title III of the ADA. Additionally, 7 Cedars reserves the right to inquire into the training an animal has to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, as stated in Washington State code RCW 49.60.215.

*NO EXCEPTIONS: Emotional Support Animals (ESA), Companion Animals, Therapy Animals, and/or Pets do not qualify as Service Animals.

Misrepresentation of a Service Animal Under RCW 49.60.214 it will be a civil infraction under RCW 7.80 for any person to misrepresent an animal as a service animal. The penalty for the civil infraction can be up to $250.00.

Further clarification of this policy is available. You also may request a printed version of this information from any 7 Cedars Security staff.

No animals will be permitted in the Hotel at any time.

HOTEL

Q: How many rooms does the hotel have?

A:

The hotel has 100 rooms in this first phase . The rooms include with Double Queens, King Rooms, King Suites, Executive Suites, and Corner Suites.

Q: Is the hotel non-smoking?

A:

Yes, the hotel is non-smoking. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, lobby areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces. There is a separate entrance to the hotel from the casino where guests will be required to extinguish all smokables and is prohibited from using all vaping devices. There will be a fee of $350 should a guest smoke in a guest room during their stay. Additionally, each guest room is equipped with a smoke-detection device to ensure guests are not tempted to smoke or vape in 7 Cedars Hotel.

Q: Are there refrigerators and coffee makers in the guest rooms?

A:

Yes. We believe these are important amenities to our guests. All rooms have both.

Q: Do you have group/event space?

A:

A: Yes. There are two meeting rooms, one is 3,500 square feet and able to accommodate 80 guests for banquets and 140 guests theatre style. It also may be divided into two rooms. The other room, across the hall from the main room, is able to accommodate 30 guests for banquets and 55 guests theatre style.  If you are interested in securing space/booking an event, please fill out the Request for Proposal on our website so that we may make arrangements.

Q: Are there room packages?

A:

Yes. We will work with our golf courses, food and beverage team, and partners to create fun and exciting packages. The most current packages are listed on our Packages Page here. Please sign up for these specific e-mails or watch for these offers on our website and via our social media accounts.

Q: What time is check-in & check-out?

A:

Check-in time will be 4:00 pm and check-out time will be 11:00 am.

Q: Do you offer ADA rooms?

A:

We have an ADA compliant room for each room type. Double queen, king, king suite, executive suite, and corner suite.

Q: Is parking available at the hotel?

A:

Yes, we have free self-parking at the hotel. Luggage carts will also be available for hotel guests.

Q: Does the hotel offer continental breakfast?

A:

The hotel offers several options for breakfast including Jamestown Java, located in the lobby of the hotel, as well as Napoli’s, located in the casino.

Q: Do you have room service?

A:

Room Service is not available at this time.

Q: Do you offer free shuttle service?

A:

Yes. Shuttle service is by reservation for hotel guests to our golf course or the Black Ball Ferry in Port Angeles.

Q: What is the age requirement to book a room?

A:

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book/check-in to a room.

Q: Do you have e-bike rentals?

A:

Bike rentals are available for 7 Cedars Hotel Guests. Enjoy an e-bike with a relaxed riding position, smooth operation, and a fit just for you. Whether you are looking to take a quick ride into downtown Sequim, enjoy the sights along the Olympic Discovery Trail, or exploring the great outdoors, we have the bike for you. Rentals include a 2020 Specialized Como 4.0 e-bike along with a safety helmet. For the safety of our guests, the bike and all related equipment have been cleaned and sanitized between each guest, as per the established COVID-19 protocols.Please check with the front desk for pricing and availability. Q: Do you have Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers?

A:

Yes! The hotel has complimentary vehicle chargers that are compatible with most electric vehicles.

Q: What is your animal policy in the Hotel?

Q: What does the 7 Cedars mobile application have to offer?

A:

Everything you love about 7 Cedars in the palm of your hands. With our full-featured mobile application, you will be able to have access to your Totems Rewards account to view your account progress, point balance, exclusive offers, promotions and be notified of upcoming events and news at 7 Cedars.

Q: Where is the mobile application available?

A:

You can download the mobile application within the Apple Store and Google Play stores. Simply go to your storefront within your mobile device search and download: 7 Cedars.

Q: How do I register my Totem Rewards account for the first time?

A:

After downloading the application, click on the link to “Register Your Account” below the Login button to create your Totem Rewards Mobile account. You will need to supply your account number (found on your Totem Rewards card), birthdate, zip code, and a valid email address. Your credentials must match what we have on file when you signed up for your Totem Rewards card.
If you do not have a Totem Rewards card, visit the Totem Rewards Players Club at 7 Cedars to apply. After you pick up your new Totem Rewards Club card, you may activate your mobile account, (please allow 24 hours of receiving your card before activating your online account).
Note: This mobile account registration password is not the same as the Totem Rewards Club card PIN you created at signup.

Q: Do I need to have a Totem Rewards card and account to use the mobile application?

A:

You can download the application and still gain access to a full list of our amenities (to make reservations and call), view current casino promotions and events. For the full mobile application experience, we do recommend you register as a Totem Rewards Club card member so you can gain access to your reward progress, personal offers and receive messages from the casino with up-to-date information.

Q: There are current offers listed on my Totem Rewards Account; what does that mean? Can I redeem the offers?

A:

For your convenience, the monthly offers you qualify for by playing with your Totem Rewards Club card can be viewed on your mobile app. Some offers may require you to show a photo ID at the time of redemption. Offers are valid for redemption one time only. All offers are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Q: I’m having trouble logging into my account. Do I have a login?

A:

Have you activated your mobile Totem Rewards account?  Even if you’re in our database, you will still need to activate your mobile Totem Rewards account using our registration form.  Please fill out the registration form under the Login button on the main screen. Create a mobile password and confirm your identity by supplying your account number, birth date, and zip code.

Q: What if I forgot my password to my mobile account?

A:

On the login screen tap on the Forgot Password button. We will then send you an email, to the email address you provided at registration, with detailed instructions on how to reset your password.

Q: I have activated my account, but I am unable to log in.

A:

If you encounter an error message when logging in, follow the steps on the error message to help you with the login process.

Q: I am unable to register my mobile account.

A:

To activate your account, you must confirm your identity by supplying your account number, a valid email address, birth date, and zip code. If your account number, birth date, and zip code do not match what is in our database, or if your account is already activated, you will not be able to activate the account.

Q: My point balance, point value, and/or card level isn’t showing the correct current value/card/tier.

A:

Mobile accounts are updated daily (24 hours) and may not reflect the current balance for your account. Please check back with the Totem Rewards Players Club for detailed account information.

Q: I’m not receiving any push notification messages.

A:

Do you have your notifications turned on within the settings of your mobile device? You must accept and allow push notifications at time of registration. We recommend you check your mobile device to make sure your settings are accepting and turned on.

The Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course is open all year long.

Q: What is the course like?

A:

A:

Tickets can be purchased via the “Buy Ticket” link on the website, over the phone at 360.683.7777, or in person at the Totem Rewards desk in the Casino lobby.

Q: Can I use Totem Rewards points to purchase tickets for shows?

Q: Can children attend concerts?

A:

Club Seven is a 21 and over venue.

Q: Are cameras allowed at shows?

A:

We usually do not allow flash photography or video. Please ask to speak with the Club Seven manager if you wish to photograph a specific act.
