A: Yes, gift cards are available in any denomination. They may be redeemed here at the casino for show tickets, shopping, dining and tournament entries. They are also good at The Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course or at Longhouse Market & Deli – you can even use them to purchase gas at Longhouse! Gift cards can be purchased in person at the Totem Rewards Counter in the Casino Lobby.
A: Yes. We have both smoking and non-smoking gaming areas and venues.
A: Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible.
A: The construction is on schedule and opening is slated for Summer, 2020. Follow along and if you are interested in updates, please sign up for e-mail communication/opening offers.
A: We anticipate launching our online reservation system by Fall, 2019.
A: The hotel will have 100 rooms in Phase I. These will include rooms with two beds (two queens), King Rooms, King Suites, Business Suites, and Corner Suites.
A: Yes, the hotel will be non-smoking, including all rooms, balconies, lobby, meeting rooms, and public spaces. There will be a separate entrance to the hotel from the Casino, although the Casino also will be accessible from inside hotel. There will be a fee of $250 should a guest smoke in the room during their stay.
A: Yes, the hotel will have some pet rooms. The pet fee will be $75/room/stay. There is not a size nor number of pets/room restriction.
A: Yes. We believe these are important amenities to our guests. All rooms will have both.
A: There will be two meeting rooms, one will be 3,500 square feet and able to accommodate 100 people for banquets and 250 people theatre style. It also may be divided into two rooms. The other room, across the hall from the main room, will be able to accommodate 40 people for banquets and 100 people theatre style. We will begin booking these by Fall, 2019. If you are interested in securing space, please fill out the Request for Proposal and we will contact you.
A: Yes. We will work with our golf courses, food and beverage team, and partners to create fun and exciting packages. If you are interested in these offers, please sign up for these specific e-mails or watch for these offers on our website and via our  social media accounts.
A: Yes. We will soon need passionate team members to take care of our guests. We will be hosting a job fair in early 2020. Some positions will be filled prior, so please watch our website and social media accounts for job postings.

A: We have an ADA compliant room for each room type. Double queen, king, king suite, business suite, and corner suite.
A: Yes, we have free valet parking and free self-parking.
A: No, the hotel will not offer a continental breakfast. However, room service will be availble and Napoli’s Stone-Fired Cuisine will be open 24 hours.
A: Yes, room service will be available. We are currently creating a room service menu that is sure to please.
A: Yes, we do offer a free shuttle service. Our shuttle schedule is being revised at this time, but will be available to accommodate both hotel and casino guests to Sequim, Port Angeles, and Port Townsend. Certain occupancy restirictions may apply.

A: The Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course is open all year long.

A: Tickets can be purchased via the "Buy Ticket" link on, over the phone at 360.683.7777, or at the Totem Rewards desk in the Casino lobby. Totem Rewards members recieve a $5 discount on all tickets purchased at the Casino.  
A: Club Seven is a 21 and over venue.
A: We usually do not allow flash photography or video. Please ask to speak with the Club Seven manager if you wish to photograph a specific act.

A: Children are allowed in the Salish Room Buffet as well as both The Double Eagle Steak & Seafood and Stymie's at the golf course.  Children are not allowed in the Totem Bar & Grille since it is a part of the casino.
