Chipotle-Habanero Crusted Rack of Lamb
Seared rack of lamb with a chipotle-habanero crust topped with a Cabernet honey berry compote. Served over a saffron Risotto.

Boursin Cheese-stuffed Filet mignon topped with a portabella peppercorn Sauvignon Demi-Glace.  Served over roasted bell pepper pesto, fingerling potatoes, and garlic-roasted broccolini.

A smooth, creamy German chocolate filling that’s layered with a gooey, rich coconut pecan topping. All set in a classic Oreo crust.
