Have Fun.

Bill joined the Cedar’s at Dungeness in 1997, and is the current Director of Golf/General Manager. He began playing golf at age 11, and trained at PGA Golf schools. He moved to Seattle from Connecticut in 1993 and then settled in Sequim in 1997. Bill prides himself on being able to work with any student’s ability, and really enjoys seeing the look on a beginner’s face when they hit their first shot airborne. He places great emphasis on the interview process, where he visits with the student to understand their goals and ambitions. Once that is established, he creates a lesson plan to help achieve the student’s goals.

Golf is an Easy Game, it’s Just Hard to Play.

Born and raised in Port Angeles, Garrett has been playing golf for 14 years and has worked at The Cedars at Dungeness for nearly five. Besides being an instructor, he is also the Tournament Coordinator and Head Golf Professional here and coaches Sequim High School’s golf team. He prides himself on getting beginners to take up the game, and looks most forward to teaching the kids at junior golf camp each July. As an instructor, he says he’s very patient and strives to make the situation as laid back as possible.
