Beers & Bites returns with Seattle's own Elysian Brewing!
What better way to celebrate the turning of the seasons than indulging in excellent food and incredible beer? Guests will start their night with an "opener beer," followed by five beers paired with five course created by 7 Cedars' Head Chef Les Unger. Beers & Bites also features background and tasting notes on each offering by brewing professionals, as well as prizes, giveaways, and a pairing recipe book.
